I'm feeling bad right now, really trapped by my present life and not sure if there's a way out--or if there is, if I'd even be able to take it.  Things are pretty adult around here these days--job, husband, caring for aging parents, being responsible and a good daughter--and I don't know if these things are gonna let up anytime soon.  It makes me ( Read more... )

I haven't posted for a while.

Partly that 's because I started a new job . . . which is excellent, which I needed, which is like the last missing financial piece of the puzzle in our household economy.  It's good for all these reasons and more, but there's still that whole thing of not being in control of my own time.  Which is a bit of a drag.  ( Read more... )
